Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting and/or customer success within the healthcare space.
• Experience working and communicating with clinicians.
• Ability to read and understand clinical and scientific content.
• Natural curiosity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for healthcare.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engagement strategy leads to develop and execute projects that drive community health and clinician expertise sharing.
• Build and maintain relationships with physician thought leaders to enhance engagement within DocMatter Communities.
• Drive growth, engagement, and clinical dialogue in assigned clinician networks.
• Manage and curate clinical discussions for relevant and educational dialogue.
• Standardize and enhance clinician-facing project impact across engagement strategy leads.
