Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Craft Original Copy: Write engaging, technically sound content for various marketing channels, including email campaigns, product descriptions, landing pages, blogs, and more.
  • Ensure Technical Accuracy: Break down complex technical concepts related to cloud hosting and web development into easily digestible, actionable content without getting lost in the detail.
  • Support Lifecycle Campaigns: Develop compelling copy for all stages of the customer lifecycle, particularly through email campaigns, nurture flows, and re-engagement content.
  • Create Customer Facing Assets: Develop content for monthly newsletters, product updates, new product launch emails, case studies, and promotional materials.
