Requirements:

• Comfortable being on camera.
• Impeccable storytelling skills.
• Experience in creating short-form video content for TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram on either a brand or personal channel.
• Creative, out-of-the-box thinking.
• Ability to shoot and edit videos comfortably in CapCut and Adobe Premiere.
• Interest in pop, LGBTQ, and all dating culture.
• Ability to eloquently tell a story or do research and explain a topic in a captivating way.
• Ability to create engaging content (images and video) that aligns with brand look and feel.
• Understanding of platform-specific social media best practices.
• Great organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, create, and execute short-form video content.
• Test various content creation formats from skits to greenscreen and dynamic editing.
• Create 8 videos per month for one of our clients.
