Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and source leads on LinkedIn.
• Follow a detailed recruitment plan and process while adding creativity to exceed goals.
• Screen potential Campus Manager candidates.
• Schedule initial prospecting meetings with the in-house interviewing team.
• Collaborate with fellow Campus Recruiters to achieve quarterly recruiting goals.
• Prepare weekly reports on recruiting metrics.
• Coordinate with interview and training teams.
