Requirements:

• 5+ years of related sales experience, preferable within professional services or financial services industry.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
• Excellent general management, analysis, and negotiation.
• Track record of driving cross-customer relationships.
• High energy and passion for the job.
• Strong focus on delivery of a customer experience that consistently exceeds the customer’s expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Support the sales strategy for loan agency and the implementation within their respective territories.
• Successfully drive value-based sales and business development strategy & execution.
• Assist in setting sales goals and budgets for the Loan Agency BD team.
• Support the creation of a team environment within the BD team as well as the relationship management team for the Loan Agency Product.
• Develop deep relationships with new clients, partners, and influencers while deepening current relationships.
• Optimize pricing to maximize revenue in line with business and profitability objectives.
• Work with Marketing to monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback and insight to Regional Managing Director, Loan Agency and the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
• This role will require significant travel for in-person meetings with customers, partners and to develop key relationships.
