Requirements:

Five+ years of project management, program management, marketing/management consulting, or industry practitioner experience.

Experience in areas such as digital marketing, marketing strategy, marketing technology, eBusiness and eCommerce, customer experience strategy and design, and customer insights.

Superior communication and client-facing skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively in high-pressure situations and manage conflicts.

Experience working with subject matter experts.

PMP certification or similar preferred.

Develop toolsets for client needs to share progress with stakeholders.

Proactively identify and mitigate risks to keep projects within scope.

Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

Prepare compelling deliverables for clients.

Understand complex technical requirements and influence stakeholders effectively.

Support strong relationships with clients and colleagues through collaborative methods.

Identify opportunities for further support to clients.
