Requirements:

• Over 7 years of proven experience in a leadership role managing a BI team.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field required.
• Expertise in business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker.
• Strong foundation in statistics and experimental methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of data warehousing solutions and data modeling techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.
• Understanding of customer psychology in the sports gaming industry.
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Proven track record of delivering marketing analytics projects.
• Experience in scaling a BI organization successfully.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, refine & lead the execution of the overall business intelligence strategy.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align analytics with company goals.
• Lead the development and deployment of datasets and reporting.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for product and operations.
• Oversee analytics and business intelligence tools and budget.
• Grow and develop a team of analysts and developers.
