Requirements:
  • 8+ years of Growth experience within direct-to-consumer businesses.
  • Deep experience managing a £1 million+ monthly paid marketing budget.
  • Experience scaling multiple performance marketing channels including paid social, paid search, affiliates, and more.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects with various stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written & verbal.
  • Experience developing growth loops across the full funnel and customer lifecycle.
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple work streams.
  • Analytical skills to understand cohort analytics and model multi-touch attribution.
  • Prioritization skills to identify and focus on growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead all aspects of growth and marketing, from user acquisition to increasing lifetime value and customer retention, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Lead a high-performing growth function, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute a UK-specific growth strategy across multiple channels, including paid social, paid search, lifecycle, affiliate, TV, and organic growth.
  • Own all customer acquisition channels, both directly and through agency partnerships. Optimize channel performance through data-driven insights and strategic adjustments.
  • Continuously look for new growth opportunities, managing a backlog of initiatives, prioritizing based on potential impact.
  • Gather UK market intelligence and perform competitive analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Work with the UK leadership team to align growth initiatives with business goals and collaborate with global teams.
  • Use data and analytics to drive strategic decisions and optimize growth outcomes.
  • Manage regular reports on marketing performance and growth metrics, ensuring insights are communicated to stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver regular presentations to senior management, providing updates on growth performance and recommendations.
  • Lead efforts to grow the Hims & Hers brand presence in the UK.
