Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in both new customer acquisition and expanding existing accounts within the Federal Civilian market.
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve strategic and financial targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a culture of open communication and trust.
- Ability to set ambitious goals and develop innovative strategies to achieve them.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal cross-functional partners and external stakeholders.
- Experience and knowledge of the Federal Civilian market, its regulations, and procurement processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the assigned Federal Civilian sales territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to customers.
- Deliver accurate and timely sales activity reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Consistently exceed sales targets within the Federal Civilian market.
- Leverage domain expertise to address unique challenges and tailor solutions.
