Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years of Ruby on Rails experience.
• Minimum 7+ years of JavaScript (ES6) experience.
• Strong understanding of git/source control.
• Comfortable with both object-oriented and functional programming paradigms.
• Knowledge in AI and/or ChatGPT.
• Preferred knowledge of WebRTC, JavaScript frameworks (webpacker, stimulus), and asset optimization techniques.
• Experience with Postgres (2+ years) and working knowledge of AWS/Heroku.
• Knowledge of category theory is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain features of a video conferencing platform tailored for legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance tools for remote court reporting, testimony management, and trial preparation.
• Write technical documentation for new features.
• Build end-to-end solutions with a focus on minimizing coupling.
• Mentor junior developers and support a positive team environment.
