Requirements:

• B.S. in Computer Science or related discipline
• 5+ years experience in backend development
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• A strong curiosity and eagerness to learn about blockchain technology and finance
• Self-driven mindset with ability to identify and execute opportunities independently

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and maintenance of the cryptocurrency exchange within a trusted execution environment (secure enclave)
• Architect and oversee the implementation of new financial products such as perpetual futures, including handling liquidations and funding rates
• Enhance performance and scalability of the exchange
• Work on blockchain integrations like digital asset transfers and Web3 authentication
• Build tools for analytics such as reconciliation and trade analysis
• Drive security improvements and establish best practices
• Identify opportunities for new projects or improvements and develop proposals
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic goals
• Collaborate with frontend engineers, designers, product and security experts to deliver solutions
• Lead and mentor engineering teams
