DevOps/SRE Manager - Full-time

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Strong understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Experience with multiple cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, Azure, DigitalOcean, OVH, Scaleway, etc.
• Experience leveraging Infrastructure as Code (eg. Terraform, Ansible) and GitOps (eg. ArgoCD, FluxCD) tooling.
• Expertise in Linux-based systems.
• Proven experience managing infrastructure teams, and overseeing large scalable, resilient and observable systems.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of DevOps engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Define and implement best practices for infrastructure automation, continuous delivery and cloud operations.
• Provide strategic direction and contribute to the overall technology roadmap.
• Drive the adoption of DevOps culture, practices, and tools across the organization.
• Collaborate with software development teams to streamline the build, deployment, and release processes.
• Establish and maintain robust monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to ensure system reliability and availability.
• Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritise projects, and communicate progress.
