Head of National Broker Strategy

Requirements:

• 6-8+ years of related experience.
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute a National Broker partnership strategy.
• Proven track record of success with the largest National Brokers, Aggregators, and Agency Groups.
• Experience with executive level discussions at National Brokers.
• Proficiency managing stakeholders in a highly cross-functional role.
• Ability to build and implement a wide range of creative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with managing CRM technologies.
• Open to travel up to 25% as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate new relationships with the nation’s largest brokers, aggregators and agency groups.
• Serve as broker relationship manager for existing National Brokers appointed to transact business with Next.
• Develop and coordinate resources to help our National Broker agents grow small business premium.
• Hold monthly meetings with National Broker partners to communicate status of business goals and identify opportunities.
• Provide regular updates to VP, Agency Business, and Next leadership team.
• Identify appropriate broker reporting metrics in partnership with data and FP&A teams.
