- You are experienced in delivering high value/low volume sales with long sales cycles.
- You are highly experienced at building relationships with global prospects and have good cultural awareness.
- You work effectively as a member of a globally distributed team.
- You are positive, confident, and resilient.
- You have excellent negotiation, influencing, and consultative sales skills.
- You have a passion for the travel industry.
- You are a great communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- You have a deep understanding of metrics and can use them to identify performance improvements.
Responsibilities:
- As Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering enterprise B2B platform sales to new customers.
- Develop and maintain an excellent understanding of 15below’s capabilities and how they have been implemented with customers.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the total addressable market (TAM) and serviceable addressable market (SAM) to help identify new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with partner companies, prospects, and industry influencers.
- Work with the Marketing and Telesales teams to provide ideas for content to drive new leads.
- Represent 15below at trade shows internationally.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and reporting as required.
- Pro-actively generate sales opportunities and convert qualified sales leads.
- Develop individual strategies for each new business opportunity.
- Manage sales processes with a structured approach for accurate forecasting against targets.
- Present the 15below capabilities and product portfolio to prospects.
- Prepare commercial proposals and respond to RFIs and RFPs.
- Negotiate contractual terms and pricing.
