Requirements:
  • You have an excellent track record in consultative/solution-based selling of B2B enterprise level travel tech/software.
  • You are experienced in delivering high value/low volume sales with long sales cycles.
  • You are highly experienced at building relationships with global prospects and have good cultural awareness.
  • You work effectively as a member of a globally distributed team.
  • You are positive, confident, and resilient.
  • You have excellent negotiation, influencing, and consultative sales skills.
  • You have a passion for the travel industry.
  • You are a great communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • You have a deep understanding of metrics and can use them to identify performance improvements.
Responsibilities:
  • As Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering enterprise B2B platform sales to new customers.
  • Develop and maintain an excellent understanding of 15below’s capabilities and how they have been implemented with customers.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the total addressable market (TAM) and serviceable addressable market (SAM) to help identify new business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with partner companies, prospects, and industry influencers.
  • Work with the Marketing and Telesales teams to provide ideas for content to drive new leads.
  • Represent 15below at trade shows internationally.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and reporting as required.
  • Pro-actively generate sales opportunities and convert qualified sales leads.
  • Develop individual strategies for each new business opportunity.
  • Manage sales processes with a structured approach for accurate forecasting against targets.
  • Present the 15below capabilities and product portfolio to prospects.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and respond to RFIs and RFPs.
  • Negotiate contractual terms and pricing.
