Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent role in B2B with a focus on Salesforce B2B Commerce and/or CPQ.
  • Strong understanding of B2B business processes and solutions.
  • Experience in building customized CPQ or B2B commerce solutions.
  • Proficient in Salesforce B2B Commerce, including setup and configuration, order management, and integrations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead business process mapping sessions and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Javascript, SF APEX, APIs (REST) is a bonus.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Administrator and CPQ Specialist are desired.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research into clients’ use of Salesforce or B2B Configuration Experiences, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and provide recommendations for improving business processes and leveraging Salesforce B2B Commerce & CPQ capabilities.
  • Lead business process mapping sessions and create functional requirements documentation.
  • Work with technical teams to ensure the effective implementation of solutions and ensure they meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of Salesforce B2B Commerce and ensure successful rollouts.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and internal stakeholders.
  • Perform gap analysis, identify and prioritize enhancements to existing systems and processes.
  • Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes and provide solutions to improve the overall user experience.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
