Responsibilities:

• Manage processes of medical service
• Provide professional phone and email support for inquiries
• Prepare reports related to responsibilities
• Organize the treatment process by managing consultation calendars
• Report irregularities and deficiencies in consultations to doctors
• Ensure proper circulation of medical documentation
• Cooperate with other departments within the company
