Requirements:
  • A High School Diploma
  • Mortgage Agent License
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Mortgage Agent/Broker
  • Previous leadership experience is an asset

Responsibilities:
  • Manage personal pipeline to ensure service standards and financial goals are met.

  • Keep informed on trends and developments in the local real estate market, as well as changing rules and regulations pertaining to both private and government-insured mortgages, and advise mortgage agents with the information.
  • Be accessible at all times to their team members.
