- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in creating & strategizing Paid Search ads (Google, Facebook, Bing, etc).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field; AdWords certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience managing large budgets and campaigns across multiple digital advertising channels.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.

- Oversee the execution of Paid Digital strategy for key channel clients within the specified timeframe, following the best practices established by OMG.
- Manage campaigns across Google Search, Google Shopping, YouTube Ads, and Bing Ads.
- Implement and advance Account Development Plans (ADPs) and client strategies within my client portfolio to ensure the continued growth and success of our clients.
- Collaborate with the PPC Lead to drive strategic enhancements in OMG's SEM service offering and refine the agency's technical best practices.
- Handle end-to-end campaign management with best practice campaign set-up and optimizations.
- Strive to deliver exceptional communication both internally and externally, meeting high client service standards for each individual client and overall.
