Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience performing quantitative analysis, preferably for an Internet or technology company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field required; advanced degrees preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
  • Comfortable with manipulating, transforming, and analyzing complex, high-volume data from various sources.
  • Excellent data visualization capabilities and ability to interpret data patterns to deliver insights.
  • Strong foundations in statistics and data modeling with a willingness to learn and create impact.
  • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau) and excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines and multiple project priorities.
  • Strong organizational, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Enjoyment of working in both individual and team settings.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform quantitative analyses that translate data into actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities to inform company strategy.
  • Own and promote data-driven experimentation within the team to enhance product offerings.
  • Enable reviews, deep dives, and analyses utilizing data and communicate insights and recommendations effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand business needs and deliver comprehensive analyses.
