Requirements:

A minimum of 8+ years of technical experience working with at least 4-5 Oracle EBS Application modules (version 12.2.x): GL, AP, AR, FA, CE, Collections, iProcurement, Project Costing, SLA, Treasury, and eBTax.
A minimum of 8+ years of experience with tools and languages including but not limited to: SQL, PL*SQL, Workflow, WebADI, Personalization, Forms, and Reports.
Good communication skills and a team player mentality are essential.
The candidate should be a problem solver who enjoys tackling production support issues.

Responsibilities:

The engineer will provide support in the Oracle EBS Finance area across various modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CE, Collections, iProcurement, Project Costing, SLA, Treasury, and eBTax.
This role involves working on production support issues daily and resolving them by providing the best possible technical solutions.
The engineer will ensure that Finance Period activities are completed on schedule and will conduct root cause analysis to address issues reported by users.
Building strong working relationships with IT and business teams is also a key function of this role.
