• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively at all internal and external levels.

• Oversee all system design, development, and maintenance for our platforms.
• Ensure our tech stack is robust, scalable, and secure, meeting current and future needs.
• Engage with stakeholders and partners to ensure TexChange stays at the forefront of industry innovations.
• Collaborate with other department leads to ensure technology supports and drives the company's goals.
• Manage tech budgets, ensuring optimal ROI.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, compliance, and best practices.
