Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Must have a strong background in supporting teams in challenging, fast-paced, and ever-changing environments.
• Experience in sectors such as military, emergency response, culinary, humanitarian, or event management.
• Must have a valid passport and be located within 2 hours from an international airport.

Responsibilities:

• The Watch Officer will be deployed to the WCK activation site and serves as a fusion role between the field and the operations center headquartered in Washington D.C.
• The primary responsibility of this role is to track personnel and vehicle movements and provide relevant on-the-ground intelligence to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Key Responsibilities include monitoring team and volunteer locations and statuses, tracking vehicle movements, collecting, analyzing and sharing information, acting as the central contact between field teams and operations center, providing regular updates on operations, tracking threats to maintain awareness, supporting crisis efforts with intelligence, and documenting all activities.
