Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in business development or telemarketing.
  • Experience selling consulting/professional services or software products, preferably in the IT services sector.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage C-level and technical audiences.
  • Proven track record in leveraging sales and business development best practices.
  • Extensive network of contacts and strong networking skills are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or CMS applications required.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts (9 PM - 6 AM Pakistan Time).
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a cohesive sales and business development strategy for IMS/MSP solutions.
  • Engage with clients and prospects to craft tailored solution strategies, ensuring accountability for set revenue and financial goals.
  • Collaborate with internal leaders to identify and foster strategic partnerships.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership regarding trends and opportunities in the IMS/MSP market.
  • Understand and influence end-user decision-making to maximize revenue and market adoption.
  • Lead change management initiatives and oversee demand generation and lead qualification.
  • Respond to RFPs and compose sales proposals aimed at securing long-term consulting contracts.
  • Engage with C-level executives to effectively present and sell our services.
  • Conduct cold calling and manage outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Utilize customized sales strategies and maintain a record of calls through our CRM system.
  • Answer customer inquiries and guide them through the purchasing process.
  • Maintain an organized record of calls and interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups.
