Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position.
• Fluent in English and Italian (C2 level preferred).
• Additional languages considered.
• Advanced computer literacy required (ECDL Advanced certified preferred).
• Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Familiarity with online communication platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Well organized and able to prioritize tasks.
• Flexibility to work in 24/7 rotating shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Invigilate candidates during online examinations, ensuring adherence to instructions.
• Take action for non-compliance with exam regulations.
• Ensure efficient operation of information technology systems.
• Provide technical support to candidates.
• Facilitate interactions for a positive candidate experience.
• Handle inquiries per service standards.
• Maintain a secure working environment.
• Participate in complaint handling and customer service.
• Attend training to stay updated on best practices.
• Adhere to remote work policies and management system.
