Requirements:
  • Several years of experience working on strategic problems, particularly those focused on revenue-generating functions.
  • Experience at a top-tier management consulting firm and/or a high-growth tech company in a revenue operations, sales strategy, business operations, or similar role.
  • Strong problem-solver and strategic thinker, leveraging data, research, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven with skills in building models, writing SQL queries, and creating dashboards.
  • Proven track record of optimizing sales processes to enable efficient growth.
  • Experience with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement technologies (e.g., HubSpot, Chorus, Talkdesk).
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, able to influence across all organizational levels.
  • Strong ownership mentality, results-oriented, known for getting things done.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, MBA preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead efforts to define KPIs, create dashboards, and measure the performance of the sales and customer experience teams.
  • Analyze revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Streamline processes across departments, ensuring processes are documented, repeatable, and scalable.
  • Evaluate, propose, implement, and oversee 3rd party sales enablement and automation technologies.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align efforts and drive cohesive go-to-market strategies.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic planning and identify growth opportunities.
  • Own one-off strategic projects aimed at optimizing revenue functions and driving growth.
