Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is an asset.
• Experience from a similar position is an asset.
• Passion for customer service.
• Excellent English knowledge (C2 level certification desired) and native-level French.
• Advanced computer literacy; ECDL Advance level certification is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Well organized, self-driven, flexible, and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Prior working experience in certification, training, or exam fields is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Complete necessary training before onboarding candidates.
• Ensure candidate validation and address customer inquiries per PeopleCert standards.
• Actively monitor candidates during exams.
• Lock and escalate issues during non-compliance incidents.
• Resolve candidates’ technical issues before or during exams via chat, phone, or email.
• Work effectively in a team and collaborate with other departments.
