Requirements:

• MSc in Electrical Engineering, Computational Engineering, Machine Learning, or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of hands-on industrial or academic experience in machine learning projects including deep learning, computer vision, and natural language processing.
• Proven research experience with publications in esteemed journals or conferences.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with production-grade ML applications using frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with development processes using Linux, versioning, CI/CD, and Docker.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships in an international environment.
• Experience with large scale cluster computing is a plus.
• Previous project leadership experience is nice to have.

Responsibilities:

• Develop machine learning algorithms and infrastructure.
• Write production-grade ML code, perform experimentation and benchmarking.
• Conduct statistical modeling, data analytics, and deep learning.
• Optimize algorithms and models for computational efficiency and scalability.
• Independently plan, lead, and execute challenging ML projects.
