Requirements:
  • Language Skills: business fluent English and German required.
  • 2-3+ years Consulting experience, either as an Internal Consultant or with a Consulting/Software Company.
  • 2-3+ years experience working with or Implementing a Tier 1 business software application such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Play a key role in the end-to-end implementation of Workday’s Financial Management product.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the customer, leading or supporting implementation of finance functional streams.
  • Gather and understand customer’s business requirements and demonstrate core Workday concepts.
  • Translate customer requirements into configured solutions and ensure detailed unit testing.
  • Support customers during testing phases and assist in resolving any issues.
  • Undertake final deployment activities, including knowledge transfer and post-production support.
