Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- At least three years of customer marketing experience in a B2B environment with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms; Pardot experience preferred but not required.
- Experience with peer review sites and online reputation management; G2 experience preferred but not required.
- Experience in collaborating with sales and customer success teams.
- Understanding customer experience journeys and managing touchpoints to achieve objectives.
- Experience facilitating customer conversations and building relationships with decision-makers.
- Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and technology is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute customer-facing programs to increase engagement and promote products and services to existing customers.
- Create, manage, and distribute customer-centric content across various channels for a seamless experience.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to make data-driven decisions.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback through surveys and focus groups.
- Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts.
- Own and curate quarterly customer newsletters with engaging content.
- Develop and promote customer case studies by conducting interviews and gathering data.
- Maintain and enhance presence on peer review sites, encouraging satisfied customers to leave reviews.
