Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in people analytics within the tech, management consulting, or investment banking space.
• Expertise in data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and present complex data insights clearly.
• Ability to apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive business outcomes.
• Familiarity with People Data Platforms such as OneModel or Visier is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret people data to provide insights that drive HR strategy and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track workforce trends and performance indicators.
• Collaborate with HR teams and business leaders to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Support the implementation of employee listening strategies through data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by working closely with HR technology systems and platforms.
• Use data visualization tools to create reports that communicate key insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support employee listening initiatives by managing surveys and feedback analysis.
