Requirements:
  • 5+ years of selling Salesforce solutions, preferably offerings in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Communities, Financial Services Cloud.
  • 5-10+ years of experience selling SaaS in the Financial Service vertical market, such as Wealth Management, Banking, Insurance, Investment firms, or other financial institutions.
  • Experience selling to both SMB and Commercial Market accounts.
  • Proven skills in working in a channel partnership relationship sales capacity.
  • Strong consultative sales approach and discovery/probing skills.
  • Ability to articulate ROI and present cases for implementing Salesforce solutions.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Forecasting and delivering on expected projections.
  • Creating presentations that clearly outline benefits, objectives, and goals for clients while providing a roadmap to meeting customer goals.
  • Highly effective communication skills with all levels of vendors, clients, internal partners, and resources.
Responsibilities:
  • Establish and foster relationships with Salesforce Account Executives and work collaboratively to engage new clients.
  • Cultivate leads and prospect for new clients within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Understand the business needs, goals, and pain points of each client.
  • Lead and manage all phases of the sales cycle.
  • Prospecting, lead qualification, project scopes, generating presentations and SOWs, and negotiating contracts as required.
  • Collaboration with technical delivery resources to ensure estimates align with delivery standards.
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into multi-phase roadmaps with scope and estimates.
  • Understanding of, and ability to articulate more complex features of Salesforce to ensure customer understanding during sales cycle.
