Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience fundraising, advising, and collaborating with HNWIs and their organizations at the seven-figure level.
• Experience communicating and collaborating with people from diverse backgrounds with a focus on High Net Worth Individuals.
• Experience advancing multiple projects that involve complex issues, various stakeholders, and deadlines.
• Ability to anticipate the needs of team members and stakeholders; attention to detail is a must.
• Experience supporting multiple priorities and juggling a variety of tasks in a team environment.
• Intermediate skill level using PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook; familiarity with Google Drive/Docs.
• Experience using a relational database, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship process for a portfolio of HNWI funders across EF’s program areas.
• Create and maintain comprehensive Funder Engagement Plans for renewed philanthropic support from EF’s current portfolio of HNWI funders.
• Maintain highly sophisticated relationships with EF’s current HNWI funding partners and prospects through regular contact.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Vice President, SP (SVP), and CEO to develop long-term funding plans.
• Coordinate with the SVP to support the EF Board of Directors in their efforts to cultivate HNWIs.
• Advise and prepare EF’s Senior Leadership and Program Teams for key funder meetings and events.
• Collaborate with the SP Funder Operations Team in overseeing grant proposal processes.
• Ensure follow-up issues and action items that emerged from donor convenings and internal meetings are tracked.
