National Account Executive (HVACR)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of business-to-business sales experience in a consultative, self-directed role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Deep knowledge of Food Retail Market and Buying Practices; experience working in or selling into retail accounts.
• Intermediate to advanced HVAC, lighting, refrigeration, and electronic controls experience.
• Energy management/conservation experience or education.

Responsibilities:

• Sell Cold Chain products and services at the mid to executive level.
• Find and develop qualified new businesses using the existing network.
• Manage the ongoing sales process in a leadership fashion.
• Respond to and anticipate customer needs.
• Learn and communicate specific customer needs, converting them into customized solutions.
• Deliver incremental opportunities in established accounts.
• Build relationships within the Cold Chain organization to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop proposals and effectively communicate them to customers.
• Ensure customer education and orientation.
• Keep management informed of progress and account status.
