Requirements:
  • Strong relationship-building, influencing, negotiating, and facilitation skills.
  • Expert knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, beyond ITSM.
  • Experience designing complex integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise solutions.
  • ITIL and/or TOGAF qualification.
  • Experience working with Agile SDLC methods.
  • Knowledge of data architecture and master data management.
  • General technical knowledge of current and emerging technology market trends.
  • Good knowledge of Business Architecture and modelling languages (desirable).
  • Practical understanding of GDPR and ISO 27001 (desirable).
  • Experience in developing analysis, presentations, and support material for strategy implementation.
  • Experience managing large projects and programmes in an enterprise environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions that address complex business challenges.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document detailed requirements.
  • Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions to facilitate client understanding.
  • Develop the architectural blueprint for ServiceNow solutions, considering scalability, security, and performance.
  • Assess new ServiceNow features and modules for suitability, and advise on adoption.
  • Establish governance policies and best practices for ServiceNow configurations.
  • Define and oversee integration strategies to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection requirements.
  • Create and maintain a ServiceNow roadmap aligned with clients' strategic objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to enhance ServiceNow solutions.
  • Provide quality assurance for implementations and oversee thorough testing.
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation for solutions.
  • Communicate project progress and challenges with stakeholders.
  • Oversee internal mentoring and training programs.
  • Support the sales cycle with technical insights and client presentations.
  • Maintain relevant ServiceNow certifications and disseminate knowledge.
