Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in customer success, product, or client relations, ideally within the healthcare space.
• Ability to read and comprehend clinical and scientific content.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Natural curiosity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, drive, and refine the strategy for collaboration in clinician groups through relationships with physician thought leaders and society leadership.
• Build and maintain relationships with physician thought leaders and key opinion leaders to create collaboration strategies.
• Drive growth, engagement, and clinical dialogue in assigned clinician networks.
• Utilize KPIs to monitor engagement and identify challenges in achieving customer milestones.
• Collaborate with Community Managers to define projects to accomplish collaboration goals.
