Engagement Supervisor

Conduct warm, empathetic outreach to cancer patients referred by their oncologists.
Explain behavioral health services and the Collaborative Care Model to prospective members.
Supervise, coach, and develop a team of Engagement Specialists through regular 1:1s and performance feedback.
Oversee and optimize the Patient Relationship Management (PRM) function and platform (e.g., Tellescope).
Design, configure, and test PRM workflow and automation updates.
Collaborate with clinical teams and oncology practices to improve referral and onboarding processes.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of member interactions via EHR charting.
