- Minimum of 3 years as a Salesforce Consultant or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce customizations, configurations, and integrations.
- Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) preferred.
- Familiarity with CPQ, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Nonprofit Cloud is valued but not mandatory.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including project planning, execution, and delivery within timelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and clients.
- Engage with clients to understand their business processes, goals, and challenges through discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews.
- Provide strategic advice on Salesforce adoption, usage, and ROI to meet business objectives.
- Design and configure Salesforce solutions that align with the client’s business strategy.
- Oversee the entire Salesforce implementation process from discovery to go-live.
- Incorporate UX best practices into Salesforce solutions and facilitate user training.
- Ensure consistent and open communication with both the technical team and the client.
- Prepare clear and thorough project documentation.
- Share insights, lessons learned, and stay updated on Salesforce products and industry trends.
