🔍 Accounting and corporate secretarial

  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Experience in outsourcing and Group Accounting for consolidation is an advantage.
  • Ability to communicate well in English, both spoken and written, with bilingual skills in Mandarin or Malay as a plus.
  • Experience with MS Excel, MS Word (or Google Docs), and accounting-related software like Xero, Dext, Talenox is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently.

  • Handle Annual Bookkeeping and Reporting, including preparation of Financial Statements, consolidation, and XBRL filing.
  • Manage full-set of accounts for clients.
  • Oversee accounts payables functions and payroll functions if needed.
