Requirements:

• Master's degree in social services (or bachelor's with 8 years of training development work in refugee resettlement field)
• 10+ years of experience in developing training in social service setting
• 3+ years of project management experience
• 5+ years of experience in determining quality of services
• 5+ years of experience working with a federal client relationship

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage training, qa, and reporting project deliverables
• Work with clients to perform needs assessments and recommend learning strategies
• Design and implement quality assurance activities
