Requirements:

Technically lead or manage a team, proven ability to engage and motivate, 5+ years of experience in professional development or other relevant area, experience with version control, experience in working with multiple stakeholders, familiarity with deployments and ci/cd pipelines, ability to design, develop, and implement game systems and features, experience with agile and scrum, knowledge of game industry best practices and trends, strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to solve complex technical problems, 3+ years of experience developing in unity, experience in developing and maintaining a big game with demanding performance and memory build budgets, experience with multiplayer game development, excellent programming skills in c#, experience in unity profiling and performance analysis, experience in ui optimization

Responsibilities:

Own and enhance the game's architecture, design and implement game features, lead and manage a small agile team, work closely with multiple stakeholder teams, resolve bugs and deliver high quality code, provide feedback on features, identify and mitigate technical issues, implement technical solutionsApply
