Requirements:

• 7+ years of growth product management experience within the healthcare industry.
• 2+ years of experience managing other product managers.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross functional product initiatives to deliver meaningful business and user outcomes.
• Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical thinking and a strong proclivity for using data to answer questions.
• Ability to convey complex ideas through written, visual, and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement product strategy to maximize engagement across Growth and Core product areas.
• Build strong perspective on roadmap priorities by understanding the needs of our members and analyzing key business and product metrics.
• Define, measure, and report on success metrics to evaluate the impact of roadmap initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with marketing, data science, design, engineering, and sales to drive growth and product strategies.
• Regularly report to executives on strategy, roadmap initiatives, and performance against key metrics.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a small group of Product Managers on your team.
