Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.

- Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure clients' needs are met and identify opportunities for upselling.
- Monitor client accounts for timely delivery of projects and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Regularly update clients on project status and deliverables.
- Manage client communication through various channels.
- Organize and schedule meetings and calls.
- Prepare reports and documentation for client meetings.
- Perform data entry and CRM management.
- Track projects from initiation to completion.
- Facilitate client onboarding and provide support throughout the client lifecycle.
- Ensure accuracy of client-related documentation.
- Analyze reports on client account performance and provide recommendations.
