Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in account management or sales roles is a plus.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Prior experience in advertising, marketing, or social media management is essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure clients' needs are met and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Monitor client accounts for timely delivery of projects and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Regularly update clients on project status and deliverables.
  • Manage client communication through various channels.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and calls.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for client meetings.
  • Perform data entry and CRM management.
  • Track projects from initiation to completion.
  • Facilitate client onboarding and provide support throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Ensure accuracy of client-related documentation.
  • Analyze reports on client account performance and provide recommendations.
