Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to handle confidential client information with discretion. Tech-savvy with a good understanding of virtual communication tools. Previous experience working in a remote or virtual client support role. Familiarity with project management tools and collaboration platforms.
