Requirements:

• 2-3 years of WordPress development experience with a proven portfolio.

• Strong knowledge of WordPress hooks, theme development, and plugin management.
• Experience with page builders like Elementor or WPBakery.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Experience with Git and command line tools.
• Basic understanding of website analytics and reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins.
• Ensure websites are optimized for performance, security, SEO, and WCAG compliance.
• Build and update custom Gutenberg blocks.
• Implement regular updates and improvements to enhance UI/UX.
• Optimize for mobile-first, responsive design.
• Perform website security audits and troubleshoot as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and content teams.
• Provide technical support for website issues.
