Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, with at least 1 year in a sales-driven role at a SaaS company.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities for seat expansion and product upgrades.
- Empathetic communicator able to explain complex concepts clearly via phone, video calls, and email.
