Requirements:
  • Professional fluency in English, with excellent communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce in a trading role
  • 4+ years of Direct-to-Consumer marketing experience
  • 2+ years of experience working across different markets/countries
  • Comfortable making clear choices on where to invest time for maximum impact.
  • Thoughtful, strategic and always leverage data to move in the right direction.
  • Highly collaborative and comfortable working across teams and time zones in a flat hierarchy
  • Brings structure and process and enjoys managing projects to successful completion.

  • Undergraduate degree preferably in Marketing or Business Management; related work experience accepted
Responsibilities:
  • Create roadmaps for future expansion plans based on market trends, barriers to entry & biggest opportunities
  • Improve commercials for the business by optimizing trading aspects in various markets
  • Take full P&L accountability and focus on driving profitable volume growth
  • Conduct full competitor research in order to manage pricing and maintain strong competitiveness.
  • Lead campaigns from a trading perspective, making sure the right products are used, margins optimized, UX/mechanics are clear, as well as making sure to minimize write offs
  • Oversee all online marketing channels and work alongside offline marketing team to improve omni-channel performance
  • Work closely with product development and marketing teams to outline and develop the future products based on needs and trends in the market
  • Work with other departments to improve the customer journey and UX on the platform
  • Ideate and develop reports to track KPIs such as FX impact on GP, conversion rates, site funnel reporting etc…
