Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing
• 7 years of experience leading and managing cross-functional teams
• Preferred qualifications include an mba or master's degree in an engineering field, experience in pcba to high level assembly, experience leading cross-functional teams or initiatives, and experience working with technical product development teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple teams working on complex or mission-critical projects, providing overall direction and strategy
• Manage failure analysis or risk mitigation for complex technical and non-technical issues
• Provide the goal and guidance to generate strategies for new project initiatives
• Provide leadership, supervision, and guidance to mid-level to executive engineers on a related manufacturing strategy.
