Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Developer, with proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and Agile practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and RESTful APIs is beneficial.
• Prior experience in a consulting environment and working with nearshore/offshore teams is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom solutions using Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and more.
• Implement integrations with third-party applications and tools to extend the functionality of Salesforce.
• Utilize understanding of Salesforce best practices to ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of solutions.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues in developed solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs and code documentation.
