Requirements:

Strategic mindset, ability to design user experience considering business and brand goals, collaboration with stakeholders and various team members, experience in product discovery phases, several years of professional experience, expertise in user-centered design and agile working methods, understanding of usability guidelines and responsive web design, familiarity with clients' business and internal agency processes, positive and enthusiastic personality, excellent social skills, high initiative and reliability, ability to work independently and lead a team, confidence in dealing with customers and giving presentations, proficiency in conception and project tools, fluency in german and conversational english, t-shaped profile with willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
