Data Application Developer

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, quantitative or related field
• Masters degree preferred
• 3+ years acting in a project management / business analyst / data analyst capacity (preferably all three) on highly complex data processes, doing requirements analysis, business process analysis, data analysis, system documentation and testing
• Extensive experience with data management, python (3+ years), bash shell scripting, aws, and linux
• Must be able to explain how you managed data in the past (not architected, reported or engineered)
• Must have experience working in an agile environment
• Prefer financial industry experience
• Prefer database experience
• Demonstrated strong customer service, team player and cross collaborative soft skills
• Experience with jira, visio, advanced ms word and ms project
• Strong writing, analysis, and facilitation skills
• Experience analyzing and solving complex technical problems
• Ability to research issues faced by programmers and developers, and creatively seek solutions
• Strong time management skills, with track record of conducting multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines/budgets.
